Can anyone advise me on the best way to get from Ben Gurion airport during a religious holiday?
During religious holidays in Israel the Buses and Trains don’t run.
I am wary of ‘bargaining’ with a taxi driver over the fare as I don’t speak the language. Any help would be appreciated.
you didnt mention where u will be going, but all taxis leaving ben gurion airport follow a fixed rate, they have to follow (by law).
they dont put on the meter at any time leaving the airport.
so dont worry.Taxi services are regulated and the Taxi companies at BGN operate under permission.
Also dont worry about the language everyone speaks english.
